Order Cancellation Policy
At Orange, we are committed to processing your orders as quickly as possible. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the conditions under which an order can be canceled.
How to Cancel Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 6 hours of placement. Our fulfillment team works efficiently, and this timeframe ensures we can intercept the order before it is packed and dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please email our customer support team immediately at ask@orangekids.ae. Please include your Order Number and the words “Cancellation Request” in the subject line to ensure a prompt response.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Once an order has been processed and handed over to our courier partner for shipping, it can no longer be canceled from our end. If you have changed your mind after the order has been shipped, you may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy upon receiving your items.
Refunds for Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders that are successfully canceled within the 6-hour window, a refund will be initiated. Please be aware that any applicable bank or transaction charges may be deducted from the total refund amount.
Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days after your cancellation request has been reviewed and approved by our team.
