Return & Refunds

At Orange Kids, we ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if your product is defective or damaged, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • Return is only applicable if a proper unboxing video (clearly showing the issue) is shared within 12 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Without a valid video, returns will not be accepted.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after deducting applicable taxes and payment gateway charges.

  • Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

  • In case of size exchange, both return and re-shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products (not due to delivery) are not eligible for return.
